You might know your health wants and needs, but implementing change is a whole different story. Between busy schedules, lack of guidance, and obstacles, we often get stuck in a place where we want to transform our health, but doing so feels impossible. Health coaching fills that void.

First things first, reach out to me and let's chat! All coaching starts with a free 45-minute wellness consultation. This is our time to get to know each other and talk about your health history, goals, and concerns. 

After the consultation, we’ll discuss options for moving forward. I offer different program options based on your schedule and needs! You can find more on each package below.

Coaching consists of two, one-hour long sessions per month where we will dig deeper into your wellness and create action steps to support you in your growth.

The time in between the sessions is where you get to try, fail, experiment, make progress, and start to feel incredible shifts toward your health & wellness goals!

Transformation

Let’s face it, we are inundated with contradictory opinions about health. Everywhere we look we are slammed with wellness tips that lack evidence and individuality. While our doctors might like to help more, they simply don’t have the time. Whether it's a diagnosis, recommendation, or personal health concern, we struggle to actually make changes happen. Sometimes we even look perfectly healthy on paper and feel the opposite in our bodies. We long to feel well, but troublesome health and lifestyle setbacks get in the way. Enter the health coach…

Programs

Interested in health coaching but can’t predict where you’ll be in six months? This is the program for you. If you’re loving coaching, you can always continue on and renew after the three months, but you are not locked in for a half year commitment. Habit forming takes time, and three months is enough to get you on the right path.

Kickstart

Ready to go all in on your wellness? Welcome to the deep dive. This program gives you ample time to experience failures and successes and get specific on what really works for YOU to make lasting change. In six month’s time, you will likely experience the full range of obstacles and excitement that life presents, and we will have time to make sure your wellness plan can withstand it all! This program is also renewable.
